Part of the HSBC Group, HFC is one of the UK’s largest consumer finance companies, and provides these services to over 3 million customers.
Having worked for HFC for over 5 years I managed a number of projects:
Project: National retailer storecard launch I handled the creation and roll out of all POS literature for a national storecard launch throughout the UK.
Project: Internal print management I devised a print and stock control rationalisation programme which saved over £100,000 print costs per annum.
Project: Project management of training programme I was involved in the project management team that successfully rolled out a company wide training programme for the launch of the GM Credit Card. |
